To comply with Highways regulations, emergency work on the overhanging branches alongside Dorchester Road from the trees on the village green are required to be cut back. This is because some of the branches are hitting tall vehicles traversing the village. The work to trim back the trees causing the problem on the road is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 21st December 2022.
